If you want actual whole grains, we've got options like super seed or the Danish rye. Most guests are looking for a healthy bread, Danish rye, and our miche (which has the highest percentage of whole grains, if you're counting). But keep in mind, we are all naturally leavened, so digesting the bread is not an issue. What we're hoping you mean is "What bread will I get most nutrients from?" Short answer, the Super Seed!

Not much, if we're being honest. It's hard to truly be wheat-free when we're bread nerds stuffed into a small building. However, we do have a few gluten-free features: look for the gougere, GF chocolate chip cookie, and pudding cups in the cold case.

Yep, we sure do - here and at Troubadour. We can slice most breads to up your toast or sando game. *Danish rye, baguettes and whole miche cannot go through our slicer successfully.

We don't recommend slicing anything more than just in half. RESPECT THE CRUMB.
